By creating an account or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

- Your use of Services complies with all applicable laws
2. Description of Services
Ghost Cash provides an AI-powered platform that helps businesses reactivate dormant leads through automated SMS conversations and appointment scheduling. Our Services include:

Sync with your existing tools
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect availability.
3. Your Responsibilities
You Agree To:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information
- Only upload leads that you have proper consent to contact via SMS
- Comply with TCPA, GDPR, and all applicable telecommunications regulations
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access
You Must Not:
- Upload purchased lead lists without proper consent documentation
- Use the Services for spam, fraud, or illegal activities
- Attempt to reverse engineer or access our AI systems
- Share your account access with unauthorized parties
- Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers
4. Payment Terms
Available Plans
Ghost Cash offers two simple plans: The Reactivator (Starter) at $297 one-time for up to 500 leads, and Growth Partner (Pro) at $497 per month for unlimited leads with advanced features. Full pricing details are available on our Pricing page.
Billing & Payment
One-time payments (Starter plan) are charged immediately upon signup. Monthly subscriptions (Growth plan) are billed on the same date each month. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund—no questions asked.
Subscription Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, number of meetings booked, or conversion rates. AI-generated conversations may occasionally contain errors.
Cap on Liability
In no event shall Ghost Cash's total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Your Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ghost Cash harmless from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your lead data, or your breach of applicable laws including TCPA regulations.
6. Termination
By You
You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. You remain responsible for any charges incurred prior to cancellation.
By Ghost Cash
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. We will provide notice when possible.
After Termination
Upon termination, your right to use Services ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted unless legally required to retain it.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions against Ghost Cash.
