While Ghost Cash provides compliance tools, you as the user are ultimately responsible for ensuring you have proper consent before uploading leads to our platform.

- • Consent records for at least 5 years
- • Separate consent for each business entity
✗ You must NOT:
- • Upload purchased lists without consent
- • Share consent across different services
- • Contact leads who have opted out
- • Send messages outside permitted hours
